We use a mixture of cocoa powder and pure belgian cocoa mass pieces in our products, which delivers a decadent flavour profile, without the sugar spike.

Irish Atlantic Sea Salt

We use a natural flaky Sea Salt which is harvested from the rugged Irish coast in the Beara peninsula in Co. Cork.

Are your bars vegan/plant based?

No, our bars are not vegan! While they are suitable for Vegetarians as they contain Grass-fed Irish cow’s milk. We are currently working on creating an amazingly tasty 100% plant based product for you. However, all our products are made from real food ingredients from wholefood and natural sources.

Can I customise a box?

Currently you cannot customise your box, but you can pick one of our amazing mixed variety boxes including our Ultimate Variety Mixed Pack which has 8 flavours and our Chocolate Lovers Mixed Pack or Nut lovers Mixed Pack!

What are the real food ingredients?

Real food to us means a short list of ingredients you can pronounce, and ones derived from wholefood and natural sources. Balancing nature with cutting edge natural food science gives us the ability to produce premium products and nutritional profiles that your mouth and body will love. Our ingredients include Milk protein, Dates, Nuts, Chicory Root Fiber, Cocoa, Irish Atlantic Sea Salt, and other Natural Flavourings.

What are the natural flavourings?

Natural flavourings are used to keep a consistent taste across our products. The same way as two apples from the same bag sometimes don’t taste the same, sometimes the same thing happens with other real food ingredients. Our flavorings are similar to vanilla essence you get in your local shop and are usually a natural lemon oil, peppermint oil or equivalent, where the flavours come from natural sources, not synthetic ones that are made in a laboratory

What's the calories in the bar?

Our bars vary in calories from around 214-219 calories per bar!

How long does shipping take?

We do our best to get your order packed and sent out as soon as possible, but please allow shipping to take 3-5 days.

Are the bars gluten free?

Yes, all our bars are gluten free and suitable for Coeliacs

How do your products help to prevent ocean plastic?

Yes, every All Real Nutrition product you buy helps stop ocean plastic! We have an Impact Partnership agreement with PlasticBank. This means every time you buy an All Real product you help stop plastic from reaching the ocean by funding plastic collection on vulnerable coastlines.

What does Home compostable mean and how should I dispose of it?

Our bar packaging is Home-Compostable certified byTUV Austria. This means you can place it in your home compost heap or your small brown bin, with all our vegetable peels and food waste. Once this packaging enters a compost environment it will biodegrade over 26 weeks just like how nature intended. If you don’t have access to a compost bin, then place it in the regular waste as it will still decompose when it gets to landfill.

What is your packaging made from?

Our bar packaging is a home compostable three layer film. Each layer has its own function. The a paper outer layer allows us to print on it, a foil middle layer keeps UV out, and a PLA layer (plant based polymer which is made out of wood pulp and cellulose) and this acts like a plastic and helps seal the wrapper and keep your bar fresh. Our wrappers are also certified Plastic-Free by a third party auditor.
